This is the one. If you're going to train Muay Thai in Bangkok and you only have time for one gym, YOKKAO is the move. The location is unbeatable for a Muay Thai gym — most authentic camps are in the suburbs or across the river, but YOKKAO is right on Sukhumvit. The training is legit, the facility is clean and modern, and there's a real chance Saenchai himself is there working out. Beginners are welcome but don't expect coddling. You'll get hit. That's the point. Mid-range pricing for Bangkok — solid value for what you get.
