City Editor Wanted

A City Editor is our on-the-ground expert. You’re the person friends text when they visit your city and ask “where should I go for wellness?” You know which sauna actually holds temperature, which cold plunge is worth the trek, and which trendy new club is all marketing and no substance.

You should be:

• A local resident who has lived in the city for 2+ years and actively uses its wellness infrastructure
• A social wellness practitioner — you personally visit saunas, bathhouses, contrast therapy studios, padel clubs, or fitness communities regularly
• An opinionated writer who can express genuine editorial perspective, not neutral tourism copy. We want your honest take on what’s good, what’s overrated, and what’s missing
• Culturally connected — you understand the local bathing traditions, fitness culture, and wellness landscape from the inside, not as a tourist
• Detail-oriented — you notice the temperature of the sauna, the quality of the towels, whether the staff remembers your name
• Community-embedded — you know the owners, the regulars, the creators covering the scene. You have access that Google doesn’t

Nice to have:

• Experience writing about wellness, health, travel, or lifestyle
• A social media presence in the wellness space
• Photography skills or access to venue photography
• Relationships with venue owners and wellness creators in your city
• Fluency in the local language + English
